Great White Shark cage diving trip Saturday 12 April 2008

Date:
12-04-08 - morning trip
Location: Geldsteen (Dyer Island)
Water conditions: Flat calm
Wind: South west
Visibility: 7m
Shark behaviour/activity: Very active
Number of sightings: 5
Note: Extremely successful trip. First shark to arrive was
'white tip' a resight from previous trips measuring around
2.6m. This female has a white pigmentation mark on the top
of her caudal fin and a notch mark out of the dorsal, very
active shark. The second shark to arrive had a bite out
mark scar to the head, common this time of year, from another
shark. Excellent trip with great visibility and water conditions!
