Location: Gansbaai, South Africa
Dive site: Joubertsdam
Water temp: Moderate
Visibility: Good
Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Short-tail stingray, African penguins, Cape fur seals
Summary: What a day at sea! We had lovely weather on our trip which made the day so great. On the way to anchor, we saw a raft of some cute African Penguins in the bay. Once we got to anchor we didn't wait long to spot some Bronze whaler sharks around the boat. We then got our divers in the cage straight away! Our divers had a lovely time in the cage, even though the water was cold, our sharks were very active. This allowed our divers to see them in the cage up close and also on the boat. A Short-tail stingray also joined us on the trip with a few beautiful sightings as well as a Cape fur seal feeding on some fish! Thank you all for joining us we hope you enjoyed the amazing trip today as much as we did!
